The Role

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Bar Manager to lead the team at Agnes. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences while nurturing a high-performing, engaged bar team. You’ll report directly to our General Manager at Agnes, with ongoing support and guidance from our Group Bar Operations Manager and Group Bar Creative Manager, ensuring our beverage offering and service reflect the high standards and creative vision that define us. This is the most exciting time to join the beverage team as we prepare for a period of growth that will enable career progression for those willing to develop within Anyday.

What we look for

• Experience in a senior bar or hospitality leadership role
• Solid understanding of food and beverage operations
• Confident managing rosters, stock, and forecasting
• Strong leadership with a collaborative approach
• Creative within brand guidelines and open to new ideas
• Comfortable recommending spirits, wine, and cocktails
• High standards in guest service and presentation
• Organised, efficient, and calm under pressure
