The Role

Anyday is actively looking for an exceptional Human Resource Administrator with a keen interest in a career within Human Resources. Reporting to our Human Resource Manager you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day HR function assisting in onboarding, HRIS management, compliance and general administrative tasks ensuring that our team feel valued and supported. This position would be best suited for someone looking to grow their skills as it will provide a well rounded understanding of HR operations, keeping you stimulated with diversity in the role. We are providing an exciting opportunity to join a business amidst huge growth and this role has come about due to internal progression.

• Proficiency in any HRIS/CRM systems would be advantageous but not essential 
• Assist in resolving employee enquiries and concerns within the HR inbox 
• Management of our employee uniform returns, property agreements and key logs
• General office supply management and ordering  
• Ability to work autonomously, maintain confidentiality and work to deadlines 
• General administrative duties, contributing to the efficient operation of our department 
• High standard of written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a variety of people at all levels
• Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies & labour regulations
