The Role

Agnes is looking for professional, energetic people to join our team of talented chefs. We are looking for people who have a passion for the culinary landscape and showcasing our wonderful produce in an authentic way. This role at Agnes will provide diversity across services, collaborations and events working alongside likeminded chefs who challenge each other to grow as a team.

The Requirements

  • Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high-level product.
  • Mise en place and breakdown.
  • Section management.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the restaurants' concepts and menus.
  • Partake in ongoing on-the-job training to improve personal and team performance
  • 2+ years' experience in fine dining 
  • Learn new techniques and sections
  • Experience in a busy and professional environment
  • Good communication and attitude
  • Curiosity for knowledge and growth
  • Course completion of use hygienic practices for food safety and participate in safe food handling practices
