The Role
We are seeking an experienced Multi-Site Bar Manager to lead, develop, and mentor our bar teams while ensuring the successful execution of the beverage strategy across multiple venues. This pivotal role focuses on staff development, operational excellence, and aligning our bar offerings across various venues.

You will report to the Group Beverage Director and collaborate closely with venue General Managers and Bar Managers to ensure consistent high standards in service, stock control, and overall performance. This hands-on leadership role also requires a deep focus on team growth, operational processes, and maintaining a positive, feedback-driven culture.

The Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior or multi-site bar management role, with strong leadership and mentorship skills.
• Ability to execute a group-wide beverage strategy while maintaining consistency and quality across all venues.
• Strong collaboration skills, working closely with General Managers, Bar Managers, and beverage teams to integrate bar offerings seamlessly into overall venue operations.
• Experience in managing procurement, stock control, and POS systems, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong knowledge of bar service standards, including maintaining beverage storage areas and service areas.
• Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to oversee bar operations, manage budgets, and meet performance targets.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster a development-focused, positive culture within the team.
• Solid understanding of stock control procedures, inventory management, and product availability.
• Proficient in managing bar maintenance and maintaining quality service standards in a fast-paced, multi-venue environment.
