The Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Head Sommelier to lead our wine team as we prepare to open one of our newest venues, Golden Avenue. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the wine program, guide a talented team, and bring a new venue to life with passion, precision and flair. The successful candidate will work closely with the Group Sommelier and General Manager to execute a world-class beverage strategy that reflects our group’s evolving vision. You will lead the wine service, mentor Junior and Assistant Sommeliers, and curate a wine offering that reflects both seasonal trends and the unique character of the venue.

What we look for:

• Proven experience managing a wine program and leading a team in a premium dining environment

• Strong floor presence with the ability to mentor team members and deliver seamless wine service under pressure

• Ability to curate dynamic, thoughtful wine lists and execute on group-wide beverage strategies

• Deep product knowledge and commitment to ongoing industry learning

• WSET certification or similar is highly regarded

• Strong communication and leadership skills
