The Role
We are on the lookout for a passionate Junior Sommelier to join the opening team at our newest venue, Golden Avenue. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a venue from day one, learning from some of the industry’s best and helping to shape a world-class wine experience. As part of the wine team, you will play a key role in delivering thoughtful wine service, supporting the floor, and continually building your knowledge in a fast-paced, premium environment. Please note this role can be full-time with some shifts performing as a section waiter or a casual position solely focused on wine shifts.

What we look for:

• Genuine interest in wine and hospitality, with a hunger to learn

• Confidence in guest interaction and wine recommendations

• A team player who supports the wider floor during service

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• WSET certification or similar is highly regarded

• RSA Certificate
