The Role
We are looking for a Cook to join the opening team at Idle. This role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong teamwork skills, and enjoys working with high-quality seasonal produce. Shifts will be across breakfast and lunch services with flexibility across a seven-day operation.

What we look for:
• 2+ years’ experience as a cook
• Experience in short order kitchens is desirable
• Good communication and attitude
• Curiosity for knowledge and growth
• Food safety certificate required
• Strong mise en place and section management skills
• Ability to consistently deliver quality food.
• Willingness to participate in on-the-job training and continuous improvement
• Adherence to food safety and hygiene requirements
