The Role

We are looking for a Guest Relations Coordinator to join our growing Guest Relations & Events team. As the first point of contact for guests looking to dine with us, you will play a key role in ensuring every reservation and group booking is handled seamlessly and with care. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality who enjoys guest interaction and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of the behind-the-scenes magic that makes our venues feel personal and memorable before the guest even arrives.

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, front-of-house service, guest relations, or reservations
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Tech-savvy and confident using booking systems such as SevenRooms or similar platforms
• A warm communicator with excellent phone and email etiquette
• Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
• A team player who is collaborative, approachable and always solutions-focused
