The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and guest-focused Guest Relations Manager to support our Guest Relations & Events Department Head lead our growing team. In this pivotal leadership position, you will oversee all reservation channels, manage key guest relationships, and support the professional development of our reservations team.

You will be the driving force behind a seamless guest journey, ensuring every detail is considered and every touchpoint reflects the warmth and precision that defines Anyday. This role also involves collaboration with the leadership team to provide insights on guest trends, team performance, and opportunities to continually enhance the experience.

  •  3 or more years of experience in a senior reservations or guest relations role within hospitality or hotel settings
  • Proven leadership skills with experience guiding and developing a team
  • Excellent communication skills, with a calm and confident approach to phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • High level of proficiency with reservation and CRM platforms such as SevenRooms or similar systems
  • Strong time management and organisational skills in fast-paced environments
  • Confidence in building relationships with VIPs, regular guests, and internal teams alike
  • A problem-solver who can remain composed under pressure and deliver quick, guest-focused solutions
  • Ability to analyse booking data and guest feedback to suggest improvements
  • A positive, approachable and proactive mindset with a passion for guest service
  • Flexible with working hours to allow for meet and greets in venue when necessary
