The Role

hôntô is looking for an experienced section waiter to join the team, with approximately 15 hours on offer during our weekend trade. Our service is confident but never stiff, blending sharp attention to detail with a sense of ease and flow. We value warmth, rhythm, and genuine connection with every guest. If you’re excited by Japanese cuisine, late-night energy, and working as part of a tight, collaborative team, this could be the right fit for you.

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for delivering an exceptional dining experience 
• Confidently able to run a section 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle high-pressure situations
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Have a curiosity to learn and grow
