The Role

sAme sAme are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie where you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes with a focus on Thai cuisine. Your creativity and skill will contribute to our diverse menu offerings, ensuring each dish meets our standards of excellence in taste and presentation. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and a passion for delivering dishes that exceed our guests' expectations. We are looking for people who have a passion for the hospitality industry and delivering a high-level of service whilst working in a team environment.

The Requirements 

• Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high-level product.
• Mise en place and breakdown.
• Section management.
• Working with local and seasonal ingredients, striving to consistently deliver the best.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the restaurants' concepts and menus.
• Partake in ongoing on-the-job training to improve personal and team performance
• 2+ years' experience in a wok section
• Commercial cookery certificate 
• Experience in asian cuisine is desirable
• Good communication and attitude
• Curiosity for knowledge and growth
• Course completion of use hygienic practices for food safety and participate in safe food handling practices

The salary on offer for this role is from $70,000- $75,000 Plus Superannuation
