About Agnes 

Set in a heritage building in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley, Agnes is an experience built around the elemental art of wood-fired cooking—no gas, no electricity, just flame. Set across three thoughtfully designed levels, including a main dining room, wine bar and terrace, Agnes celebrates creativity, craftsmanship and seasonal produce. Our meticulously curated beverage program—featuring a deep, evolving wine cellar, thoughtful cocktails and rare spirits—complements the bold flavours of our open-fire menu.

The Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our exceptional team at Agnes, maintaining a high level of guest service and making delicious drinks. Our ideal supervisor is enthusiastic about beverages, can manage stock efficiently and is curious to grow in leadership. This can be a casual or full-time role with a varying roster; some flexibility required

• Previous experience leading shifts, managing stock and working to KPI's
• A passion for delivering an exceptional bar experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle high-pressure situations.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Maintain high levels of customer service.
• Passionate about delivering a high service standard to different clientele types. 
• Positively motivating the team
• Classic Cocktail knowledge is a must.
