The Role

Anyday is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Bartenders to join the beverage teams across our restaurants. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering warm, consistent, and guest-focused bar service that complements the unique identity of each venue.

This role requires a balance of speed, precision, and personality. You will be confident in cocktail preparation, maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar, and engaging with guests to provide an elevated drinks experience in a fast-paced, service-led environment.

• Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume or quality-focused bar or restaurant
• Strong cocktail-making skills and knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, and non-alcoholic offerings
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across bar and floor teams
• A calm and composed demeanour during high-pressure periods of service
• Attention to detail in presentation, cleanliness, and organisation
• A proactive attitude toward guest engagement, upselling, and product knowledge
• Understanding of bar operations including restocking, POS accuracy, and RSA compliance
• A positive and respectful approach to team culture and shared responsibilities
