The Role

An incredible opportunity awaits an exceptional Restaurant Manager to join Anyday in our new upcoming Venue (Mary & Edward St PTY LTD). The ideal candidate will excel in delivering exceptional guest experiences, navigating our authentic produce-driven menu and enticing wine selections. A passion for storytelling, expertise in food is essential and dedication to crafting memorable guest interactions. Building and managing teams while fostering a positive culture is so important in this role to ensure we can deliver outstanding experiences in our venues.

The Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in restaurant venue management.

• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations and a curiosity in developing these skills.

• Executing exceptional guest experiences and fosters an environment that is conducive to delivering world-class dining experiences. 

• Ensuring all training conducted within the restaurant is in line with company guidelines. 

• Working with the Assistant Restaurant Manager to manage rosters and wages in line with targets set by the business. 

• Mentoring Assistant Restaurant Managers, Supervisors and Team Members in their careers and professional development. 

• Ensuring overall happiness within the venue by promoting a positive and collaborative work environment. 

• Monitoring and directing the team with health and safety procedures.

• Ensuring adherence to regulations and quality standards.

• Understanding of administrative software tools. 

• Exceptional leadership skills.

• Takes the initiative and is self-motivated.
