The Role

Anyday is actively looking for a Accounts Officer with a focus on Accounts Payable to join our finance team in our period of growth, an excellent opportunity to work in an experienced team while contributing to the financial success of the business. This role plays an important part in the smooth day-to-day financial operations of the group, with a focus on invoice processing, reconciliations, and supplier communication.

• Experience in Accounts Payable, including invoice entry, coding and payment processing
• Familiarity with supplier statement reconciliation and resolving invoice discrepancies
• Strong understanding of GST and basic tax coding
• Ability to support the finance team with general ledger coding and month-end processes
• Intermediate proficiency with Excel and Xero
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Clear and professional communication with internal teams and external suppliers
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting or finance desirable
• A steady, methodical approach and strong organisational skills
• Willingness to assist across the broader finance function when needed
