The Role

We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our finance team, reporting into our CFO. This role plays a vital part in the day-to-day financial operations of the business, with a strong focus on Accounts Payable, invoice processing and reconciliations. You will be responsible for managing high volumes of invoices, while also assisting with bank reconciliations and accounts receivable tasks. This role may suit experienced Bookkeepers or Finance Officers with strong AP and reconciliation skills.

• 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounts payable
• Proven ability to manage high-volume invoice entry
• Familiarity with supplier statement reconciliation and resolving discrepancies
• Proficiency in Xero or equivalent accounting software
• Proficiency with Lightyear or equivalent AP systems
• Intermediate Excel knowledge is highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills
• Clear communication with internal teams and external suppliers
• Willingness to assist across other areas of the finance function when required
