About LOS

Head upstairs from sAme sAme to find LOS, our moodily lit, green-rendered bar, where cocktails are inspired by Southeast Asian flavours, and the sAme sAme wine list is available. With an extensive collection of rare Tequilas and Mezcals, plus weekly DJ sets, LOS provides the perfect setting for pre-dinner cocktails or relaxing weekend sessions.

The Role

We are looking for a Glassy/Barback to join our exceptional team at LOS Bar, maintaining a commitment to ensuring the venue is clean and safe for our guests and supporting the bar team where necessary. Our ideal glassy has a curiosity to learn more in the beverage department and eventually move into the bars.

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle high-pressure situations.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Maintain high levels of customer service.
• Attend to all guest needs politely and warmly.
• Restock bar supplies and inventory.
• Experience with glass washers preferred but not essential
