The Role

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team at Agnes Restaurant. The ideal Supervisor will deliver an exceptional guest experience by guiding them through our authentic produce-driven menu and exciting wine list. You will need proven passion for food and basic wine knowledge, as well as being enthusiastic about creating outstanding customer experiences.

The Responsibilities

• Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the venue.

• Executing exceptional guest experiences and foster an environment that is conducive to delivering world-class dining experiences. 

• Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance.

• Executing training programs in line with company standards.

• Maintaining in-depth knowledge of food, wine and beverage offerings.

• Weekly administrative tasks including ordering, and communications to Front of House team.

• Updating and monitoring completion of opening and closing procedures.

• Promoting a positive and collaborative work environment in line with management's vision.

• Maximising productivity and performance.

The Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar senior role.

• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience.

• Understanding of administrative software tools. 

• Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment. 

• Takes the initiative and is self-motivated.
