The Role

Anyday is actively looking for a Maintenance Supervisor across our venues. The ideal Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for the maintenance tasks across multiple hospitality venues, ensuring all venues are well-maintained, safe and functioning optimally. You will be equally comfortable in both the front and back of house areas including the kitchens. This role will be primarily Monday- Friday 6:00am- 2:00pm but can be flexible for the right candidate and some tasks may be required to complete outside of these hours as to not effect our restaurants trade.

The Requirements

• Maintain and improve the current facilities throughout each of the venues.
• Ensure the venues comply with government legislation and its own policies regarding infrastructure and emergency procedures.
• Analyse and problem-solve maintenance matters efficiently.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects, painting, light carpentry and/or special repairs work throughout the venues.
• Ensure maintenance repair work is carried out in a clean and tidy manner, with particular care and attention taken to minimise the impact of maintenance work on guests within the venues.
• Manage the maintenance budget effectively by optimising resource allocation and cost control.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
• Carpentry Trade will be highly regarded.
