The Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bartender to join our exceptional team at LOS Bar, maintaining a high level of guest service and making our unique and delicious drinks. Our ideal Bartender is enthusiastic about beverages, particularly Mezcal & Tequila and will require service outside of the bar.
The Requirements
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for delivering an exceptional bar experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle high-pressure situations.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Maintain high levels of customer service.
- Passionate about delivering a high service standard to different clientele types.
- Attend to all guest needs politely and warmly.
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar guests.
- Extensive knowledge around Mezcal & Tequila.
- Restock bar supplies and inventory.
- Classic Cocktail knowledge is a must.
