The Role

Biánca is looking for skilled chefs who will be responsible for the hotline, experienced in Italian cuisine. Your creativity and skill will contribute to our diverse menu offerings, ensuring each dish meets our standards of excellence in taste and presentation. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and a passion for delivering dishes that exceed our guests' expectations. We are looking for people who have a passion for the hospitality industry and delivering a high-level of service whilst working in a team environment.

The Requirements

  • Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high-level product.
  • Mise en place and breakdown.
  • Section managed autonomously
  • Working with local and seasonal ingredients, striving to consistently deliver the best.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the restaurants' concepts and menus.
  • Partake in ongoing on-the-job training to improve personal and team performance.
  • 2+ years' experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis
  • Commercial cookery certificate preferred 
  • Experience in Italian cuisine is desirable
  • Good communication and attitude
  • Curiosity for knowledge and growth

Anyday is a Brisbane based collective of restaurants founded by Tyron Simon, Bianca Marchi, Ben Williamson and Frank Li. First founded in 2014 with a single venue, it has now grown to several, all based in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley, with plans for many more.
