The Role

Anyday is actively looking for an exceptional Human Resource Officer who can hit the ground running. Reporting to our Human Resource Manager you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day HR function assisting in onboarding, HRIS management and compliance, ensuring that our team feel valued and supported. This position would be best suited for someone looking to grow their skills as it will provide a well rounded understanding of HR operations, keeping you stimulated with diversity in the role.

The Requirements

• Proficiency in HR systems, Microsoft suite, Humanforce & IntelliHR would be advantageous
• Assist in resolving employee enquiries and concerns while promoting a positive work culture
• Ability to work autonomously, maintain confidentiality and work to deadlines 
• General administrative duties, contributing to the efficient operation of our department 
• High standard of written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a variety of people at all levels
• Qualifications in Human Resources required 
• Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies & labour regulations
