The Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bartenders across our venues in preparation for our new venue opening in 2025. These positions will see you maintaining a high level of guest service and making our unique and delicious drinks. Our ideal Bartender is enthusiastic about the beverage offerings with a focus on cocktails and sound knowledge of wine, we have positions and hours available to suit those looking for casual, part-time and fulltime coming into the busy season. There are true career pathways with new opening staged from March 2025, this may look like taking on our in house WSET Level 2 or progressing through management as a supervisor or bar manager.

The Requirements

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for delivering an exceptional bar experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle high-pressure situations.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Maintain high levels of customer service.
• Passionate about delivering a high service standard to different clientele types. 
• Attend to all guest needs politely and warmly.
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar guests.
• Extensive knowledge around classic cocktails is a must.
• Restock bar supplies and inventory.
