The Role

We are looking nationally for cocktail superstars at all levels in preparation for our new venue opening in 2025. These positions will see you maintaining a high level of guest service, making our unique and delicious drinks in a fast paced environment. We will be looking to build a full bar team, Bar Manager, Bar Supervisors and Bartenders who are obsessed with elevating dining experiences with well executed cocktails.There are true career pathways with opening staged from March 2025, this may look like taking on our in house WSET Level 2 or progressing through management as a supervisor or bar manager. We have the capacity to take some of these roles on now and will look to secure other positions for a January- February contract start.

The Requirements

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for delivering an exceptional bar experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle high-pressure situations.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Maintain high levels of customer service.
• Passionate about delivering a high service standard to different clientele types. 
• Attend to all guest needs politely and warmly.
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar guests.
• Extensive knowledge around classic cocktails is a must.
• Restock bar supplies and inventory.
• Management positions will all require proven success running similar bars
