Join us on Tuesday, 13 October 2026 for opportunities across our Kitchen, Beverage, and Restaurant teams, with positions offering immediate starts and hours through early January 2027.

Date: Tuesday, 13th October 2026
Time: 45-minute sessions will be allocated from 9:30 am, concluding at 12:30 pm. Your session time will be shared with you by email.
Location: Fortitude Valley; the exact location will be shared with you by email.
What to Expect
- Enjoy canapés served throughout the morning and engage with our chefs as they prepare dishes over the pass.
- Connect directly with leaders in all areas to learn about the roles available across our venues.
- In-venue trials will be confirmed on the day, to be held over the following days. Rostered shifts will commence immediately following successful trials.
