The Role

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our teams in preparation for our new venues. The ideal Assistant Manager will deliver an exceptional guest experience by guiding them through our authentic produce-driven menu and exciting wine list. You will need proven passion and expertise for food and strong wine knowledge, enthusiastic about creating outstanding customer experiences and most importantly supporting your team on shift to be able to deliver every service.

The Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar senior role.

• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations and a curiosity in developing these skills

• Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the venue.

• Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance.

• Conferring with guests to assess their satisfaction with meals and service.

• Delegating duties to supervisors and training and supervising wait staff.

• Maximising productivity and performance.

• Understanding of administrative software tools.

• Experience in rostering, food & beverage cost management and stock control.

• Exceptional leadership skills & stakeholder management

• Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment. 

• Takes the initiative and is self-motivated.
