The Role

Agnes is looking for an experienced cocktail bartender to join our vibrant bar team! We are looking for people who have a passion for the hospitality industry and delivering a high-level of service. We can offer between 20-25 hours per week depending on the needs of the candidate but the role does require weekend shifts.

The Requirements 

• Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high-level product.
• Required floor service of the bar area 
• ensure efficient set up and pack down 
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the restaurants' concepts and menus.
• Partake in ongoing on-the-job training to improve personal and team performance
• 2+ years' experience in a high volume bar 
• Classic cocktail knowledge is a must
• Available to work weekends
• Good communication and attitude
• Curiosity for knowledge and growth
• Responsible service of alcohol certificate
