The Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bartender to join our exceptional team at LOS Bar, maintaining a high level of guest service and making our unique and delicious drinks. Our ideal Bartender is enthusiastic about beverages, particularly Mezcal & Tequila and will require service outside of the bar. The role is offering approximately 20 hours per week during peak trade times, requiring weekend availability.

The Requirements

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for delivering an exceptional bar experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle high-pressure situations.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Maintain high levels of customer service.
• Passionate about delivering a high service standard to different clientele types. 
• Attend to all guest needs politely and warmly.
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar guests.
• Extensive knowledge around Mezcal & Tequila.
• Restock bar supplies and inventory.
• Classic Cocktail knowledge is a must.
